At Paul Davis, we help homeowners and business owners put their lives together after a traumatic event. Construction Project Supervisors work with owners and sub-contractors after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.
As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will supervise the renovation, as well as manage costs outlined in an approved estimate with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field with our customers and our subcontractors.
We are looking for individuals who are results driven and can manage several moving parts at one time. If you are self-motivated and like to
be rewarded on your ability to produce, this job is for you.

The ideal Construction Project Supervisor has basic construction knowledge as well as:
• Knowledge of multiple construction trades (required)
• Likes working with people and tradesman.
• Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time.

• Has excellent communication skills and professionalism. • Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Is willing to work hard and self-motivated
